Why am I your coach?
I am trained in Brain-Based Coaching and ADHD coaching, have a science Ph.D. and 17 years of professional experience in the biomedical field in project and team management, have worked in a successful start-up, and recently worked as a start-up coach for 2 years.
My life was anything but smooth. This life experience and my deep understanding of neuroscience enable me to tailor my coaching to your individual needs and circumstances. So you can sustainably implement what suits you and your situation.

the Unique Mind coaching approach
In my free online self-study course (coming soon) you can fill up on stress resilience knowledge and try out practical tips. In my courses, my course community will also help you implement what you're learning.
My 1:1 coaching usually takes place over at least three months - because sustainable change takes time. In addition to regular sessions (currently exclusively online via zoom) - weekly at the beginning, longer intervals are possible afterward - you get access to my coaching platform, which we use to keep in touch between sessions. This is how we get real change underway.
